GOLF CAR FRIENDLY CAMPGROUNDS
Whether you have a seasonal campsite or prefer to explore different campgrounds throughout the year, owning a golf car enhances the fun and excitement. Golf cars allow a fun and easy way to quickly visit friends at other campsites, go to the bath house, make trips to the camp store, tour the campground, and take kids to the playscape or crafts area… all without wearing out your flip flops!
Our team here at Viers Golf Cars also loves to camp which is why we thought it would be super cool to have a list of Golf Car & PTV (Personal Transportation Vehicle) friendly campgrounds. Since we couldn’t find a list on the internet, we decided to do the work by calling every-single-campground within 50 miles of our location here in Lapeer, Michigan… and share it with you!
Please note, this list was assembled over a period of time whereas we called and spoke to employees at the listed campgrounds. We can not guarantee the accuracy of this list which is why we suggest you confirm their policy upon scheduling your reservation. It is also worth noting most campgrounds require you to have insurance on your golf car and may request proof (of insurance) upon checking in.

And one last thing… please respect the rules of the campground while operating your golf car. Participating campgrounds offer this as a privilege which we do not want to lose!
